 Poster Registration

  • Full registration benefits.
  • Posters will be presented at the conference venue, where they will be evaluated by our esteemed committee.

 E-Posters Registration

  • Registration Fee covers E-Poster display on the conference website.
  • Abstract included in the conference proceedings book.
  • E-Poster presenters do not need to attend the conference in person.

 Waiver or Special Offers

  • Waivers or special discounts do not apply to commercial organizations.
  • All the invoices or discounts will apply to valid dates only.
  • As part of the registration process, participants must agree to the terms outlined on the conference website.

 Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings will be confirmed by email.
  • For online card payment confirmations, allow us 2-3 business working days from the date of your acknowledgment receipt.
  • Please contact us immediately if you have not received confirmation within 4-5 days after registration.
  • For Wire transfers allow us 4-5 business working days to get confirmation from our end. 

Hotel Accommodation

  • Accommodations are applicable only on package registrations.
  • Upon confirmation of your attendance at the conference, you will receive an accommodation booking form featuring a selection of hotels near the conference venue.
  • Directions and a map of the venue will also be included with your confirmation.
  • Substitute delegates/presenters are welcome at any time. Just let us know who they are, and whom they are replacing email.

Invitation Letter: Adhering to security guidelines the letter of invitation will be sent only to confirmed registrations. To know more on personalized letter of invitation please email us at contact@opulentconferences.com.

Visa Information:

  • Given the enhanced security requirements, we encourage all confirmed attendees to secure an invitation letter from conference manager and promptly apply for Visa.
  • Opulent Conferences are not responsible to contact embassy or consulates directly on behalf of individuals applying for visas.
  • All the international attendees, whether a delegate or an invitee, must apply exclusively for a Business Visa. 
  • Visa issues such as failed visa applications and inability to obtain visa at right time cannot come under the consideration of refund or cancellation policy.

 Cancellations:

  • For refund, less 20% administration fee, will be paid if a cancellation is received, in writing, at least four weeks before conference dates.
  • Cancellations made prior 15 days or after conferences dates cannot be refunded.
  • Payments made by debit/credit card will be refunded to the card in which the original payment was processed.
  • On completion of the online booking form or signing of the paper booking form the delegate and their supporting organization are liable for the fees for the conference subject to our cancellation terms.
  • If a delegate leaves their company, the company that employed them when they signed up is still responsible for the payment.
