Teresa Patrícia Fernades Ribeiro

Architect, Portugal

With over 20 years of experience in residential, urban, and rehabilitation architecture, is dedicated to Neuroarchitecture, promoting its application in Portugal. A member of the ANFA UK Chapter, she presented a study at ANFA's 20th-anniversary event on the impact of workplace environments on employee well-being, using Braga Stadium as a case study.

She holds a degree in Architecture from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, completing her final year at La Sapienza, Rome, through the Erasmus program. She earned a master’s in Monument Rehabilitation from UPC, Barcelona, and postgraduate degrees in Project Management (ISEG) and Real Estate Investment Analysis (Iscte). She has attended courses at Harvard, MIT, and international programs on Applied Neuroscience and Sustainable Real Estate.

Currently, she leads the Project Management and Quality Control Department at Irmãos Mota, Lda. She has collaborated with NGOs in Mozambique and is a member of various international associations related to real estate and well-being.
