Chifor Ioana

Since 2012, Ioana Porumb (Chifor) has been a university lecturer at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Iuliu Hatieganu" (UMFIH), Cluj-Napoca, Romania, teaching Preventive Dentistry and Minimally Invasive Dentistry in Romanian, English, and French. Since 2023, she has been the Head of the Department of Preventive Dentistry at UMFIH. She obtained her PhD in Interdisciplinary Research (dental medicine, mathematics, physics, and computer science) in 2012 at UMFIH; her master's degree in Bioinformatics from 2002 to 2004, during which she had a 4-month formation at the Laboratory of Epidemiology and Biostatistics of the University of Tours, France
